There is no risk analysis or business case to explain or justify the replacement of passwords everywhere. Passwords are here to say, period. Most of us are getting more accounts & passwords month by month, with varying policies that includes weird requirements, suspicious limitations and bad UX start to finish. This is not a talk filled with code, but filled with examples of do's & and don'ts from more than 23 years of obsession into passwords & digital authentication.
