This February, a few years after it was spun out and of Fog Creek and run as an independent company, Trello was bought by Atlassian for $425 million. In a conversation with Leo Mirani, Michael talks about how the decision was made, the pros and cons of joining a larger company, and how to keep the business running smoothly during the transition.
