Thanks to the MyLugano app, citizens can access modern services and transactions without diving into technical details. Additionally, we will explore the technical setup that made this transformation possible, including how AI played a role in optimizing user experiences and supporting infrastructure needs. We will delve into architectural choices, the token setup that allows specific shopping experiences in the city, and how scalability and security challenges were addressed.
