From Project to Product: Going from a bespoke codebase to a multi-tenant SAAS application.

Creating a multi-tenant product differs significantly from creating a project, in terms of architecture, processes, and business analysis of new requirements. Multi-tenant products require a scalable and secure architecture that can accommodate multiple tenants with varying needs, while projects focus on delivering bespoke customer-driven features. Moving from a project-based approach to a product-oriented mindset requires a more complex and thorough approach to development, release management, and testing- and this is what we will be exploring.
