Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) is getting all stakeholders around the table right from the start and establishing a common understanding of the desired behaviour of the software at an early stage. This results in an executable specification that, in addition to the right product, also delivers automated tests and living documentation. Sounds great? Or just another one of those agile methods that don't really work in the end? In this talk we will walk together from the first example to the description of the software to the tested and documented implementation in the code.
