Video from Devoxx Poland 2019. We have been running a bare metal kubernetes cluster for over a year. As the project was on tight budget and schedule we had to work out many compromises. Along the way we have addressed and circumvented a number of problems. This presentation puts our experience in a form of simple DOs and DONTs list.
